The Business Method of LQPS is for Consumers to consult our National Database of Paralegals to select the one they prefer to work with in the writing of their Factual Narrative and Legal Arguments. --- If you prefer, we will Designate someone for you, solely at your Instruction.
While I expect that most Consumers will select the Paralegal-Writer who is located nearest to you and who Offers the Specialty that you seek (if any), there is NO Requirement that you Search in this manner. --- Please, Search the Database of Paralegals however you wish, whenever you wish.
Your paralegal writer works directly with you to document every detail of your situation in a comprehensive, organized factual narrative. This narrative goes on to be the foundation of your legal strategy.
Then, once the Factual Narrative is complete, I, John Sovak, will, where and when necessary, provide the Legal Strategy and Research needed for your Case.
Please Note that NO Strategy is rendered or discussed with any customer without the prior writing of a Comprehensive Factual Narrative. The strategy may also require research before it can be developed.
Once the Research is complete, then the Writing begins, which will usually mean a Motion or a Pleading, but it can always be any Legal, Regulatory or Marketing Document that you may need.
The Paralegal-Writer will then Write as much of the Motion or Pleading as they can, and then I will Edit and Complete (where-needed), their Work for Content and Tone.
Pricing is billed by the hour for the valuable work our paralegals do.
Paralegal-Writer time is $90 per Hour except for 5 Premium Specialties:
The Hourly Rate for these 5 Premium Subject Matter areas is $115.
My time, and that of such other Senior Paralegals as I may Designate in the Future, is also $115-per-Hour.
11-for-10 Deal
I Offer an 11-for-10 Deal on Hourly Time, wherein, once you Purchase-and-Use 10 Full Hours, you get one (1) additional Hour Free.
The 11-for-10 Deal applies to All Paid Hours accumulated together.
Once you reach 10 Full Hours, Purchased and Used, whether that Time is Priced at the Regular Price ($90, nominal) or the Premium Price ($115, nominal); -- and - Once the 10-Hour threshold is Reached, ALL Subsequent Hours are Priced at the Lower Rates, all future hours are discounted:
Paralegal-Writers: $90 ⇒ $81.82
Senior Paralegals: $115 ⇒ $104.55
