We really do believe that we are a Lawyer-Quality Paralegal-Service (LQPS).

The reason why we are Lawyer-Quality, in every relevant respect, is because of the Diagnostic and Strategy-Formation Skills of the Owner of LQPS, John Sovak, of Suffern, NY.

We Offer Specialized and//or Local or Regional Paralegals to Serve most of your Legal Writing needs, all overseen by John, and then John Writes and///or Edits the Legal Claims and Demands for Relief, the heart of every Legal Document.

Business Process & Strategy Formation

The way we provide our Service to the broadest array of Customers is by engaging Specialized and//or Local or Regional Paralegals to provide most of the Writing Services that you need, but with the Research and Strategy-Formation portion of the Service, and the most-critical Legal Writing, centralized with our Owner, John Sovak.

Every Customer who Hires LQPS works with the Specialized and//or Local or Regional Paralegal of your Choice; -- OR -- if you prefer, we will Select a Specialized or Local Paralegal for you according to your Personal Needs and Preferences; -- who will then Write down your Factual Narrative.

Once your Narrative is in Written form, John will then review this Written Narrative to determine the ideal Course of Action for you. --- Strategies are usually Legal in Nature, but can also include elements of Political Analysis of your Situation and Public Relations plans to help you Achieve your Individual Objective(s).

I am uniformly hyper-Aggressive in my Strategizing for you, unless you prefer something other than my innate-impulse to always want to Rip your Opponent’s Head Clean-off.

I am very happy to Assure you that I have often been Instructed by a Customer to ease-off to whatever extent you, our Valued Customer wants; -- BUT - - that NO CUSTOMER has ever said that I wasn’t tough-enough or Aggressive- enough.

I always start off with wanting to unequivocally-Eviscerate your Opponent, as-is my Nature; -- but I am always happy to ease-back at your Instruction.

Complete Written Narrative Required Prior to Enumeration of Strategy

Once the Narrative is written and the Strategy determined, then we Execute that Strategy. --- Usually, that will involve Legal Writing, of a Complaint or a Motion or an Appellate Brief (or whatever), but it can involve other tasks, as well. --- Most Legal Writings are best-served by Research being performed, first. ---

Research is also centralized with me, John Sovak, both because of my wide knowledge of the Legal and Political worlds, but also because of my World-Class Research Skills.

(Please Note that NO Strategy is rendered or discussed with Any Customer without the Prior Writing of a Comprehensive Factual Narrative. --- Strategy can also require Research before it can be Developed.)

Pricing

The Price for Paralegal-Writers is $90 per Hour.

The Price for Senior Paralegals, John (or others I may Designate), is $115 per Hour.

I Offer an 11-for-10 Deal. --- 11 Hours for the Price 10, to every Customer who Purchases and Uses 10 Full-Hours of Professional Paralegal Time.

For the Paralegal-Writers, 10 Hours is $900, so the Free Hour has the effect of lowering the Hourly Rate to $81.82 (= $900 // 11 Hours). --- For the Senior Paralegals, 10 Hours is $1150, so the Free Hour has the effect of lowering the Hourly Rate to $104.55 (= $1150 // 11 Hours).

I Designate five (5) Subject Matter areas of the Law as being areas of Premium Legal Services Work: -- Administrative; -- Appellate; -- Criminal; -- Intellectual Property; and -- Legal Malpractice. --- Only Designated Senior Paralegals provide Legal Services in these 5 areas of the Law. --- The Hourly Rate for ALL Services in these 5 areas is $115.

The 11-for-10 Deal applies to All Paid Hours accumulated together, once you reach 10 Full Hours, Purchased and Worked, whether that Time is Priced at the Regular Price ($90, nominal) or the Premium Price ($115, nominal); -- and – Once the 10-Hour threshold is Reached, ALL Subsequent Hours are Priced at the Lower Rates, $90 => $81.82 and $115 => $104.55.

Agreement

By your continued use of LQPS.pro, you: --

(a) Acknowledge-that you have Read the Entire Text of this Landing Page, and that you Understand ALL of what is Written on this Landing Page;

(b) Agree-to, in the event of you choosing to Sue me for Providing Defective or Deficient Paralegal Services (which actually means that you are NOT Forced into some bull-shit Arbitration Process that is Stacked against you, the Customer; -- I am both Competent and Honest, so Court is never a problem for me): --

(i) Limit the Amount of the Damages Sought to the Amount that you have Paid me for Providing Paralegal Services to you, and to forego ALL other Damages that you might otherwise have been entitled to Seek, whether they sound in-Contract or in-Tort; -- and --

(ii) Venue of said Suit only being in the relevant State Courts serving the Home County of John Sovak d-b-a the Lawyer-Quality Paralegal Service (LQPS), which is the County of Rockland, State of New York; -- OR -- Should you prefer the Federal Courts for your Suit, you further Agree-to Venue ONLY in the Southern District of New York and ONLY at the White Plains, NY, United States Courthouse.
